We advise that you do not pay the security deposit directly to your host as all payments are to be handled over HolidayPorch. If you have any questions about the security deposit before submitting a booking request, you can contact the host using the HolidayPorch messaging service.
The security deposit is refunded in full following your stay as long as no damage has occurred. Please keep in mind that the security deposit must be processed by HolidayPorch and should not be handled offline directly between the guest and the host.
