What are the cancellation policies and why do they exist?
One of five cancellation policies, ‘Free Cancellation’, ‘Flexible’, ‘Moderate’, ‘Strict’ and ‘Super Strict’, will apply to the property you have booked/want to book. The specific conditions of each policy are as follows:
- Free Cancellation
You will be refunded the total price (excluding the HolidayPorch Service fee) if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in by 12 noon GMT. For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price excluding the HolidayPorch service fee.
- Flexible
You will be refunded 95% of the total price (excluding the HolidayPorch Service fee) if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in by 12 noon GMT. For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price excluding the HolidayPorch service fee.
- Moderate
You will be refunded 75% of the total price (excluding the HolidayPorch service fee) if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before check-in by 12 noon GMT. For cancellations that are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price excluding the HolidayPorch service fee.
- Strict
You will be refunded half of the total price (excluding the HolidayPorch service fee) if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in by 12 noon GMT. For cancellations that are made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price excluding the HolidayPorch service fee.
- Super Strict
No refund is payable if you cancel your booking.
