Why can’t I enter my address?

If you cannot enter the address of your property, please contact our Customer Support Team with the latitude and longitude codes for your property, and a member of staff will enter the address for you.

The latitude and longitude can be found by going to Type your address into the search field and click on ‘Calculate Geodata’ or alternatively press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard. A box will appear on your screen with the correct latitude and longitude codes.
